Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia (AAJI) membangun aplikasi AAJI Mobile Exam sebagai aplikasi Gratis. AAJI Mobile-Exam merupakan layanan yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pendaftaran sebagai calon agen asuransi jiwa dan melakukan ujian sertifikasi keagenan secara online.  LAYANAN ini disediakan oleh Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia tanpa biaya dan dimaksudkan untuk digunakan apa adanya.

 

Halaman ini digunakan untuk memberi tahu pengunjung mengenai kebijakan kami dengan pengumpulan, penggunaan, dan pengungkapan Informasi Pribadi jika ada yang memutuskan untuk menggunakan Layanan kami.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) built the AAJI Mobile Exam application as a Free application. AAJI Mobile-Exam is a service that allows users to register as prospective life insurance agents and conduct agency certification exams online. This service is provided by the Indonesian Life Insurance Association at no charge and is intended to be used as is.

 

This page is used to inform visitors about our policies by collecting, using and disclosing Personal Information if someone decides to use our Services.

Informasi yang dikumpulkan

Informasi Pribadi yang kami kumpulkan berupa nomor telepon, nama, alamat e-mail, tanggal lahir dan foto  Digunakan untuk menyediakan dan meningkatkan Layanan. Informasi data diri Anda akan kami terima saat Anda mengunjungi aplikasi AAJI Mobile Exam dan saat Anda mengisi atau melengkapi aplikasi pendaftaran berupa profil diri Anda atau saat Anda melakukan ujian sertifikasi Keagenan AAJI.

 Information collected
 Personal information that we collect in the form of telephone numbers, names, e-mail addresses, birth date and photos is used to provide and improve the Service. We will receive your personal information when you visit the AAJI Mobile Exam application and when you fill out or complete the registration application in the form of your profile or when you take the AAJI Agency certification exam.

 

Penggunaan data personal Anda

Informasi pribadi Anda digunakan untuk layanan pendaftaran sebagai calon agen/tenaga pemasar asuransi jiwa ke perusahaan asuransi jiwa/bank yang merupakan anggota AAJI atau rekanan AAJI, dan sesuai dengan perusahaan/bank yang Anda pilih secara online, serta digunakan untuk verifikasi wajah saat melakukan ujian sertifikasi keagenaan AAJI secara online.

 Use of your personal data
Your personal information is used for registration services as prospective agents / marketers of life insurance to life insurance companies / banks that are members of AAJI or AAJI partners and according to the company / bank that you choose online, and is used for face verification when conducting agency certification exams AAJI online.

 

Perlindungan data personal Anda

Setiap informasi pribadi yang Anda berikan kepada kami, termasuk atau mirip dengan nomor telepon, nama, alamat e-mail, tanggal lahir dan foto tidak akan dirilis, dijual, atau disewakan kepada setiap kelompok atau individu di luar AAJI dan rekanannya.

 

Data Personal yang ada pada Kebijakan Kerahasiaan ini berarti nama, alamat email, nomor telpon, tanggal lahir dan foto. Penggunaan data personal yang disediakan atau diminta kepada kami akan dibatasi untuk keamanan dan perlindungan dari pihak lain serta juga untuk kemudahan sesuai dengan perjanjian layanan

 

Istilah yang digunakan dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini memiliki arti yang sama seperti dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan kami, yang dapat diakses di AAJI Mobile Exam kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini.

The use of personal data provided or requested to us will be limited for security and protection from other parties as well as for convenience in accordance with the service agreement The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at the AAJI Mobile Exam unless stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy.

- Collection and Use of Face Data

1. What face data does your app collect?

  • Our app collects face data in two instances. First, during the registration phase, the app requires the participant to take a profile picture for identification purposes. This profile picture is used as their ID card when they are undergoing the examination. Secondly, during the examination, the app captures three photographs of the participant, with their consent, to ensure the integrity of the examination process and prevent cheating.

1. Bagaimana Anda mengumpulkan data wajah dan untuk apa?

  • Aplikasi kami mengumpulkan data wajah untuk 2 kepentingan, yg pertama ketika fase registrasi aplikasi kami mengharuskan peserta untuk mengambil foto profil yang bertujuan untuk identifikasi. Foto profil digunakan sebagai tanda pengenal ketika peserta melaksanakan ujiannya. yang kedua, selama ujian berlangsung aplikasi kami akan merekam 3 foto peserta dengan persetujuan mereka untuk memastikan integritas dari ujian dan mencegah kecurangan.

2. How do you use the collected face data? Provide a complete and clear explanation of all planned uses of this data.

  • The face data collected is used solely for identification and integrity purposes. The profile picture taken during registration is used as a reference image. During the examination, three additional photographs are captured. Post - examination, our API uses an algorithm to match the three photographs with the reference image to confirm the identity of the participant. Once this matching process is complete, the three photographs captured during the exam are deleted. The profile picture is retained as it serves as the agent's identification for customers.

2. Bagaimana anda menggunakan data wajah yang sudah terkumpul? Berikan penjelasan yang lengkap dan jelas atas penggunaan data ini?

  • Data wajah yang telah terkumpul hanya dipergunakan untuk tujuan identifikasi dan integritas. Foto profil yang di ambil ketika proses registrasi digunakan sebagai foto acuan. Selama proses ujian 3 foto tambahan akan diambil. Setelah ujian, API (Aplication Programing Interface) menggunakan algoritma untuk mencocokkan tiga foto tambahan dengan foto acuan untuk mengkonfirmasi identitas dari peserta. Ketika proses pencocokkan ini selesai, 3 foto tambahan yang diambil selama ujian otomatis terhapus. Foto profil disimpan sebagai identitas peserta.

3. Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?

  • The face data collected is not shared with any third parties. The data is stored securely on our servers and is only accessible to authorized personnel. The profile picture is retained only as long as the agent remains active. If an agent becomes inactive, their data is deleted

3. Apakah data ini akan dibagikan dengan pihak ketiga? Dimana kah data ini akan disimpan?

  • Data wajah yang terkumpul tidak dibagikan pihak ketiga manapun. data disimpan dengan aman pada server kami dan hanya dapat diakses oleh pihak yang berkepentingan. Foto profil tersimpan selama status aktif. Jika status tidak aktif data otomatis terhapus.

4. How long will face data be retained?

  • The three photographs taken during the examination are deleted immediately after the identity verification process is completed. The profile picture is retained for as long as the agent is active. If an agent does not remain active and does not undergo the examination process within a span of three years, their profile picture and associated data are deleted.

 4. Berapa lama data wajah ini akan disimpan?

  • Tiga foto tambahan yang diambil selama proses ujian akan langsung terhapus setelah proses verifikasi indentitas selesai. Foto profil disimpan selama status aktif, jika status agen sudah tidak aktif dan tidak melaksanakan proses ujian dalam jangka waktu 3 tahun, maka foto profil dan data terkait dihapus.
